Edward Carrasco, Esq
Edward is available to assist attorneys in affidavit preparation, expert witness testimony, and other matters requiring a police policy expert witness.
Edward served 22 years with the New York City Police Department (NYPD), retiring in the rank of Deputy Inspector. Some of Edward's assignments include: Commanding Officer of the Office of Management Analysis and Planning's Special Projects Unit (the policy arm of the NYPD), Commanding Officer of the Leadership Training Section (responsible for training all NYPD supervisors), Commander of the Queens/Brooklyn/SI School Safety Division, and patrol and investigative experience in all 5 boroughs in the ranks of Police Officer, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, and Deputy Inspector.
Edward has written NYPD policy and is a recognized expert in police policy and procedure; he has consulted as an expert witness for private clients, government agencies, and Fortune 500 companies.
